Processing & Production Times At Online Overload Shops, we specialize in custom-made and expertly sourced products. Because your items are printed or sourced specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for production and quality checks before your order ships.
Shipping Rates We aim to provide the best value for our customers:

Free Shipping: Available on select products and promotional items across our store.

Variable Rates: For other products, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the specific product type, its sourcing location, and the carrier service you choose.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, estimated transit times are as follows:

Tracking & Multiple Shipments You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Because we utilize multiple fulfillment centers to bring you a diverse range of products, items in the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages at no extra cost to you. To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple products may ship separately. Do not be alarmed if one item arrives before the other!
Lost or Damaged Items Online Overload LLC/ Online Overload Shops is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us at support@onlineoverload.com within 7 days so we can assist you with a replacement.
